Hello, my apologies for the delayed reply!  Looking at your order, it was from 2020 I believe.  That was around the time we had some issues with some of the LED lights in the color-changing spots.  Please see the attached document and if this describes your issue, please send us an e-mail as outlined in the document with specifics and we'll get it sorted out.
