Amazing

I should have already posted this but they say better late than never...last year I started collecting Star Wars lego with the UCS Millennium Falcon.....right after finishing it I stumbled upon the brickstuff lights & sounds kit on YouTube and even if I had no experience whatsoever I bought it....and now I can absolutely say it was the right thing to do! It took me long before I could start installing it because I was refitting my garage for my collection (you can have a glimpse of it in the picture...), but when I finally started I was amazed by how easy it was to follow instructions (printed in color...not like other LED producers who have y downloading them...) and how everything was working fine!! It was also easy to solve a couple of mistakes I made, and now the Falcon is proudly on exhibition !! The only thing I need to do is adding a few sounds to the soundboard, but I am sure that also will be easy following the very detailed instructions which leave nothing to the imagination. The only small difficulty I found was in attaching the small black techno pin with the magnet inside for the lighting of the loading bay, I had to carve a little the piece where I had to insert the pin to make it fit. I did not see any comment about this in the forum so maybe only I had this kind of issue, which anyway again I could solve in a few minutes with the help of a screwdriver.

Again I can just be happy with this purchase, and I want to thank Rob and all the people at brickstuff for the excellent job and the support when I found that a few pieces were missing!

Looking forward to your new creations!!

  • Andrea Pizzabiocca Thank you so much for your post and for sharing the final result photo-- I'm so happy you like the kit.  Thank you for your kind words-- we work hard to make our kits as easy to install as possible.

Regarding the Technic pin, yes we had heard that comment from several people so we have updated the way in which these are made.  Should make it easier to insert, but it sounds like you figured yours out.

    Again, thank you very much!
