Upcoming V3 Millennium Falcon kit?

I'm wondering if you could share some early previews of the new features and improvements on the next Falcon kit.  Also, as one who has already installed the V2 kit, is it possible to upgrade or would this be a completely new install?

And bonus question...Are there any plans to make a sound and light kit for the Enterprise D?
