Hi Mark Boehler , thank you for your note and thank you very much for being patient with us!  Yes, the parts shortage has been an ongoing problem-- we're finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and making a v2 kit for the GBHQ is still *very much* on our radar.  We have a main discussion thread about it here, and we are still trying to get it into the queue for later this year.  The good news in all of this is that we've developed some really great tech in the time that we've been waiting to make this kit, so when it is ready, the kit will be better than we imagined.
