I bought a Disney castle kit back in 2021 (it was a Feb pre-order), I needed to move my castle to a different shelf I had and needed to unplug it. When it did that I notice the button on the remote light was blue when I pressed and it did nothing, which I swore it was red (I feel nuts 😂) . All the lights circuit board lights are on, so I assuming power is fine. 
 

I did come across an old post how to re-associate the remote but it didn’t work. I hold the white button for ten seconds and the red light blinks 5-6 times and then stays on no matter how long I hold it. If I press it again after it blinks,  it turns off and if I hold it for ten seconds it blinks again but never turns off the light until I press it.
