Stand alone sound module.

Hi, I've got a life size tusken raider and I wanted to hook up a small 10-20 second sound loop of their noise by pressing a button.

The only thing I've found remotely what I'm looking for i believe, is this.

Would that be correct?

Would it be just the battery to power it or would it need yo be plugged in.

Thanks

Neil

Hi Neil, thanks for your post!  Yep, those two parts are all you need.  Only caveat is that the sound plays once each time the button is pressed, so you can't technically do a loop.  You can however make one file that has the same sound multiple times, to extend the play and make a pseudo loop, then load that file onto the module.  I hope this makes sense.

Tomi Evo We do offer a sound module with the ability to control via Arduino (and our Uno shield):
