Hi Bradley Paddock , unfortunately that is too close to be repaired. :-(  If it was the black lead we might be able to re-solder it to the brass casing, but the red lead goes into the center, and the adhesive is not able to be softened to get at more of the wire.  Sorry, I know that's not the answer you were looking for.
