Custom Sound files (size limits?) - Millennium Falcon sound and light kit
I'm looking to add custom sounds to my Millennium Falcon sound and light kit.
We are allotted 5 sound files.
What is the file size limit? And does the size limit pertain to the individual files, or the cumulative for all 5 together?

Hi, the sound module has 4MB of storage space, and there are already a small number of files on there for lasers, etc. If you connect the module to your computer, you will be able to see the free space on the sound module. That's the only limit-- there is no limit to individual sound files. If you have files but they will not fit, you can use a program like Audacity to change the bitrate of the files to make them smaller. You can shrink files pretty effectively this way.
