Doubt with my order
I made my order reservation, number 1512222151 on April 5, 2020.
I would like to know when it will be possible to know if the product has been shipped or follow the traceability of the product.
On the Brickstuff website I see that my "Cart" indicates "0 products". Is this a problem?

Hi, thank you for your message. We have received your order and you are in the queue. You placed a pre-order in the May 2020 batch, so your order will likely ship at the end of May. As we get closer to the ship time, we will communicate with the people in your batch of orders via e-mail, so you will have a sense of when the order will be ready. Please note however that because of the coronavirus, our offices have been closed for two weeks and they will be closed for another two weeks from now because of an order issued by our state. We are working on parts at home, but I wanted to let you know of this issue as it may cause a small delay. Again, we will communicate with you as we get closer to the end of May.
