Falcon Boarding Ramp light not turning off
I'm having issues with aligning the magnets for the boarding ramp light effect to work properly. The magnets in the post are seated very deep and aren't aligning. The light is always on. Any troubleshooting thoughts? I've requested replacement parts but still waiting for a reply.

Hi Gabe , I replied to you on the 2nd of November-- maybe check your Spam folder? Here's what I replied:
Try switching around the pin— the side with the magnet closest to its edge should be facing out, toward the switch. Sounds like you have it inserted the other way (magnet facing towards the inside of the ramp).

Hi - kind of. reversed the pin and had to detach and re attach the other head so it would sit a little closer. Now it’s working.
