Heat Shrink Wrap Size

Quick question with hopefully a quick answer:  is 1/16th heat shrink tubing with a 3:1 shrink ratio small enough to fit well around the 0.15mm magnet wire?

By the math, it doesn't look like it will (0.0208" compared to 0.0059" wire), but that's the smallest size I can find.

Is liquid tape a suitable alternative if small shrink wrap is too hard to find?

Thanks
