Hoping that someone can help.
I placed an order yesterday and I was supposed to get an email "shortly" after placing the order, but I still haven't receive an acknowledgement.
I've sent an email through the Contact section, but still no replies.
Has anyone had this issue before?
Rhonda Adams When you ordered, do recall which "batch" you were in? Orders are batched with an estimated delivery date, for example, if I were to order right now, the estimate is January 2021...

We just sent out an update newsletter this morning to everyone in your batch of kits-- you should have received it (or will soon receive it)-- make sure to check your junk mail e-mail folders if it doesn't land in your inbox. The newsletter has all the updated info!
RE: your suggestion about order tracking-- DEFINITELY. We're implementing that in our site upgrade which is planned for the end of summer this year.
